The mission of the Athens Democracy Forum, which will be held this year from September 29 to October 1, is to ask what we have learned from the overlapping crises caused by populism and the pandemic and how we should confront the resulting economic and social fallout and the formidable tasks ahead.
Topics to be explored include: Alternative Tools of Democracy; From the Ground Up: New Economic Models; Wake Up to Climate Change; Disinformation’s Black Hole; Rethinking Work; Art as Activism; Fast-Track Democracies.
